Rep. Ralph Poppell's HB 51 aviation tax exemption bill moved one step closer toward final passage in the House this week. The House Economic Development & Community Affairs Policy Council met, considered, and passed HB 51 on Wednesday. Both House and Senate bills now await a hearing before the Finance & Taxation Committee in their respective chamber. View Updates
