Rosas' design portfolio includes several luxury residential condominiums, and commercial properties such as the hugely successful Lincoln Road Cinema project, and the land side of the Miami International Airport, which have collectively received seven design awards for excellence in design from the American Institute of Architects. Rosas' goal with joining FATA is to bring all the great experience of designing the main terminal of one of the largest airports to fixed base operators at smaller general aviation
airports. Juan Carlos Rosas can design the architecture of the building as well as the design of its interiors, either for new construction or for renovation.
